ah.

what a good weekend. it was the first weekend in a long time i haven't had a tournament or had a crazy week of problem sets and midterms to prepare for. no this weekend, all i did was drink beer and watch basketball, and it was awesome....despite illinois losing, my braket getting destroyed by those crazy crazy upsets, and the embarrassing groin injury i sustained. but hey, atleast those upset games were close at the end, because theres no cooler way to end a basketball game than a 3-pointer to win it all as the clock hits 0.

this next week should be pretty decent..not too much work in store, and then its spring break! we're flying down to austin, for centex, and then i'm going hang out in austin for a day (too bad sxsw is over. wah.) and then go home, and then go to nyc for an interview. i'm still a little nervous about this job search, because i feel like i haven't applied to enough places, and i'm scared that all the jobs will be taken by the time i realize that the places i have applied don't want me. ahh! atleast i have a contingency plan...i'm going to be a waitress/bartend in san fran if all else fails. although i'll have to work on my charm skills so that i can ensure decent tips.

-desktop earth
basically, my comp background is a satelite image of earth and it updates itself every hour, and so you can see where it is dark and where it is light, and where the clouds are. if you are as obsessed with images of earth as i am, then this is for you.

the coolest music program:
-rhapsody
or any of the like. i just signed up for it (since i'm going legit with the downloads and all...i think i've pushed my luck about as far as it should go). berkeley offers it for 2$ a month, which i think is super cheap, but its still awesome because you can listen to so much random music, and listen to the ENTIRE song. very cool.
