So, yes, i am starting a blog. It's probably going to be filled with the random and trivial happenings/thoughts in the life of me. Dont go looking for any exciting adventures or deep philosophical stuff here..in fact you probably should't even read this unless you are real stuck for reading material.

Anyway, I guess i'm starting the blog to have something to do when i actually do get computer time. Unlike at school where i had my own laptop, here, at home, internet connection is shared among the family and it is an in demand commodoity. Generally i get to check my mail, chat to people on aim, browse the new york times, and then, i'm done! i cant seem to remember any of the sites i used to waste my time browsing on. So now i have to look like i'm doing something rather important while blogging so no one will kick me off the computer just cause i'm "wasting my time on aim"

Anyway....things that will become apparent/annoying in my future blog (just warning you..)
1. I suck at spelling (something something engineer)
2. I am also not so hot at the writing/english/grammar thing. (see #1)
3. I do love the word anyway, and will definitely overuse it.
4. I will probably forget about the blog for a while, and the have a flurry of posts to make up for lack of posting.
5. I will talk to YOU, the reader, even though (i think ) blogs are supposed to be me more of an internal expression. i always had problems with papers in school because i always insisted on writing "you" as the subject instead of the third person. stupid third person. caused me so much paper misery.

okay..so i've probably blogged enough boring shit for one night, but the two cokes i chugged at denny's are still in my system. maybe i'll play around with links and stuff.
